# Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp # Almonds, .125 cup, ground # *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.33 cup # Rice flour, white, .33 cup # *Rye flour, light, .33 cup# *Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium, 3 tsp # Buttermilk, lowfat, .75 cup # Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp # Maple Syrup, 3 tbsp # Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Directions
Mix all except syrup and butter.
Cook.
Add syrup and butter. Enjoy.
