Pumpkin Lentil Stew

Ingredients
1 cup lentils, dried1/4 cup onions, chopped8 oz mushrooms, quartered1/2 cup carrots, chopped1 cup broccoli, chopped1/2 cup asparagus, sliced in 1' pieces1 cup sweet corn6 cloves garlic1 jar American Spoon Foods Pumpkin Chipotle Roasting Sauce
Directions
Cook lentils according to package directions in water until soft. Drain, reserving the remaining liquid.

Chop vegetables and add to slow cooker. Add drained lentils and Pumpkin Chipotle Roasting Sauce.

Cook on Low setting for 2 hours or until vegetables are softened. Stir as needed.

Add lentil cooking water if necessary.
