1 1/4 c flour3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 c brown sugar3 c raisin bran cereal1 1/4 c water1 egg1/3 c applesauce (unsweetened)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. Set aside. Measure cereal and water into mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand 1 - 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and applesauce. Beat well. Add flour mixture to cereal mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 muffin pan cups. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
