1 can whole kernel corn1 can pinto beans1 can chili beans1 can kidney beans1 can rotel tomatoes2 can diced tomatoes2 can chicken broth1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, dry2 pkg. taco seasoning, dry1 pound ground beef (93% fat free)1 onion, diced
brown beef and onion, put all ingredients in pot, bring to a boil and let simmer for at least an hour. I usually cook this in the crock pot, I brown the beef and onion then throw everything into the crookpot and cook for 6-8 hours on low, 4 hours on high would probably work too. Enjoy!
