Ingredients
4 eggs1T vanilla extract1T orange extract8-10 slices of 100% whole multi-grain bread1 C Almond milkcoconut oil for panpowdered sugar to sprinkle on top(optional) blueberries or orange slices to serve with it(optional) or syrup
Directions
mix all wet ingredients together and whisk. heat fry pan with 1t-1T coconut oil other side as they get golden brown. Sprinkle w/powdered sugar and serve with blueberries instead of syrup or apple butter instead of syrup to save calories. This is not low fat or low carb but it does provide a healthy dose of protein, fiber and healthy fats. enjoy
