Baked but tastes Fried Whiting

Ingredients
4 Fillets of Whiting4 oz of Seasoned Bread Crumbs1 medium egg1 Teaspoon of dried dill weedPam Olive Oil Spray
Directions
Heat oven to 350 Degrees

Pat Fillets with paper towels to soak up extra water

Beat 1 medium egg

Dip Fillets in egg

Then completely coat fillet in bread crumbs

Spray Pan with Pam Olive Oil Spray

Place fillets with the skin down

Sprinkle with dill weed

Bake for 30 minutes (time may need to be adjusted depending upon on how thick fillets are)
