Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
Non-stick Cooking spray8 Chicken Nuggets cooked according to package directionsKnorr Rice Sides Buffalo Chicken 1 T Buffalo Sauce4 Tortilla wrapsPepper (Can be fresh or frozen) sliced
Directions
Cook the Rice according to package directions omitting the margarine.
Spray a medium frying pan
Over medium heat, stir fry the pepper for about 5 min.
Toss chicken in buffalo sauce
Add 1/4 c rice, 2 nuggets and the peppers to the tortilla wraps.



Serving Size: Makes 4 tacos with some leftover rice
