Quick and easy Gluton free pasta for one

Ingredients
.25 C Onion.5 C canned diced tomatoes.5 C sliced fresh mushrooms1 Clove chopped garlic.5 C green pepper chopped 1Tbsp canola oil4 oz Jenny-O Turkey Store 93/7 Italian Seasoned2 oz prepared Gluten free pasta 1 Tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Saute garlic, onion, gr. pepper, mushrooms until slightly softened then add tomatoes. Make turkey into 4 1oz meat balls and saute in separate pan and add to sauce. Place cooked pasta on plate then top with meatballs and sauce. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese. Enjoy
