Turkey Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 lbs ground turkey1 TBLS Olive oil1 Sweet onion (I used red and yellow)4 tsp chili powder (or to taste)1 tsp ground cumin3 cans (16 oz) black beans1 large can (32 oz) Rotel Tomatoes with chilies1 cup chicken brothsaltpeper
Directions
brown ground turkey in olive oil, add onion and saute.
add in chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Mix with tomatoes, black beans (drain and rinse 2 cans of black beans before adding them) and chicken broth.

I put it all in a crock pot for several hours but you could do it all on the stove in as little as half an hour.
