Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz Onions, raw, 1 largeGarlic, 1 clove Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large*Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp)Canned Tomatoes, 1 can Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 5 teaspoon Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 can (14 oz), ready-to-serveRed PotatoBaby CarrotsMixed Vegetables, frozen, 2 package (10 oz)Okra, frozen, cooked, 1 package (10 oz)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 large whole
Directions
brown beef, onions, celery and garlic in the olive oil.
add tomatoes, tomato paste and tomato sauce, cook till hot. add potatoes and baby carrots cook till veggies are soft but NOT mushy. add mixed veggies and okra, heat and eat!!
