lobster chowder

Ingredients
2 lbs. lobster meat1 medium onion, sliced3 medium red potatoes, sliced2 large stalks celery1 bag of frozen cauliflower1 can campbells cream of shrimp soup1 can chicken brothwatersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
place potato,onion,celery and cauliflower in a stock pot and add 1 can chicen broth followed by 2 cans of water(from the chicken broth can). Bring to boil and simmer until vegetable are tender (approximately 15 minutes). Add lobster meat and can of cream of shrimp soup. Mix and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes more. Serve immediately.
