8 oz. bowtie past1 tbps Olive Oil3 garlic cloves, crushed3 plum tomatoes, diced2 slices of turkey bacon, cut in small pieces.1 can of Great Northern Beans6 cups of chicken broth5 cups of fresh spinach
In a large skillet heat oil. Add garlic, tomatoes and bacon. Cook and stir until tomatoes are slightly soft, and bacon is cooked. Add beans, broth and spinach and cook until spinach just wilts, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and serve immediately.
