Broiled Honey Soy Salmon

Ingredients
1 4-ounce salmon filet1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon gluten free, reduced sodium soy sauce1 tablespoon lime juice1 teaspoon yellow mustard1 clove garlic, crushed1 teaspoon grated ginger
Directions
Combine the honey, soy sauce, lime juice and mustard in a small bowl. Whisk until combined. Spread the garlic and ginger on fish; and place in resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over fish; set in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Preheat oven to broil. Place filet on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Broil for 15 minutes or until flaky.
