Coconut French Toast

Ingredients
3 egg whites1/2 c. coconut milk (reduce calories more with lite)1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp vanilla4 slices Nature's Own Double Fiber Bread1/4 c. coconut flakes (divided)1/4 c. maple syrup (divided)
Directions
Beat egg whites, add coconut milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
Dip bread slices in mix, cook in non-stick skillet until golden on each side. (Medium heat). Sprinkle coconut. Top with Maple Syrup.
