- Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) - 2 cups (cooked)- Pasta cooked - 50 grams- Red pepper - 1 cup (chopped)- celery, raw - 1 cup (diced)- Carrots, raw - 1 cup (grated)- Cucumber (with peel) - 1 cup (diced)- Kraft Tartar Sauce - 1 tbsp
