2 slices Natures own light Wheat bread1/4 cub baby spinach (raw)1/8 c sliced mushrooms1 oz sharp cheddar cheese1 thin slice raw onion2 oz pork tender loin (warmed)1 tsp spicy brown mustard

Makes 1 sandwich

Toast wheat bread

Assemble all ingredients in preferred order on bread to make a sandwich
