Crustless Autumn Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 3/4 to 2 cups canned pumpkin1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk1 egg1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 each nutmeg and ginger1 cup hot water
Directions
Pie serves 8. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into pie pan. Bake for 50 - 55 minutes or until a silver knife inserted 1 inch from side of filling comes out clean. The center may still look soft but will set later. Cut into eight wedges and serve with whipped topping (optional).
