Oven Baked Onion Rings

Ingredients
1 medium sweet onion, sliced1/2 c unsweetened almond milk1/2 t salt1/2 t seasoned salt1 T olive oil1/2 c corn flake crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Mix salt, olive oil, and crumbs in a bowl. Dip onion slices in milk, then crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 8 minutes, flip, bake for another 6 minutes.
