4 chicken chicken thighs, skinless1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice blend, original recipe1 packet Lipton's Onion Soup Mix 2-1/4cups water ¾ cup sliced fresh mushrooms¼ cup Brummel & Brown yogurt spread, melted
Empty wild rice into bottom of casserole pan and sprinkle the enclosed package of seasoning over it.
Add onion soup mix, melted Yogurt spread and sliced mushrooms. Mix well. Add water and mix well again.
Nestle chicken pieces in mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serving Size: makes 4 servings of 1 thigh and 3/4 cup rice mixture.
