Fruit, Nut, and Seed Granola

Ingredients
Whole Oats, rolled 10 cups Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 cups Pecans, 2/3 cup, chopped Almonds, 2/3 cup, slivered Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 2/3 cup, hulled Pumpkin Seeds, without salt, 2/3 cup, hulled Canola Oil, 1/2 cup Real Maple Syrup, 1/2 cup Water, 2 cups Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup
Directions
Stir dry ingredients together except for craisins and raisins. Mix oil, maple syrup, and water and stir thoroughly into dry ingredients. Divide evenly between two large cookie sheets. Bake at 250 degrees for 2-2.5 hours stirring once or twice, until dry. Cool and stir in raisins and craisins.
