Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
4 1/2 cups water4 chicken bouillon cubes1 lb cauliflower cut into bite size pieces3/4 cup or 3 oz of grated carrot1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 Tablespoon butter3 Tablespoon flour1 cup water
Directions
In a large kettle, combine the first 6 ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. In the meantime, melt 1 Tablespoon butter and to this add 3 Tablespoons flour. Immediately start whisking in 1 cup of water in small amounts to prevent flour from lumping. Add this flour mixture to the hot cauliflower soup and slowly simmer for another 45 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent the flour from sticking to the bottom of kettle.
