Ham and asparagus frittata

Ingredients
half a bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces2 oz, lean ham steak, diced1/2 cup fresh parmesan, shredded6 large eggs1/3 cup milksalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Dice ham. Cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces and cook to desired tenderness. (I usually steam or microwave).

Heat pan over med heat, mist with oil. Add ham and asparagus. Beat eggs with milk and salt/pepper to taste. Pour into pan over ham/asparagus. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover, reduce heat to med-low and cook 7-10 minutes or until eggs are firm. DO NOT STIR.

When eggs are set, remove from heat, slice into 6 portions and serve.

Makes 6 portions.
