Ingredients
One package of imitation crab2 packages of fish cake1/2 roll of pork sausage (jimmy deans)1 pak choi (chinese cabbage)1 cup frozen peas6-8 cups chicken broth (fat free low sodium)2 large eggsPepper to taste
Directions
slice fish cakes,
brown sausage, discard oil
Add first 6 ingredients to stock pot, bring to a boil. Scramble eggs in a small bowl. Slowly add to stock pot while stirring. Add pepper to taste.
