Santa Fe Chili

Ingredients
Beans, black, 1 can drained and rinsedBeans, pinto, 1 can drainedBush's Blackeye Peas, 1 can drainedPace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 8 ozCanned Tomatoes, 2 cans with chilisChili powder, 3 tbsp Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Yellow Sweet Corn, 2 cans, drainedGround beef, extra lean, 1 lb. Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
Brown Onions & Ground beef (or turkey or chicken) in pan. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Limitations on ingredient list, but add 1 can of all the beans and corn, 2 cans diced tomatoes (I used diced with green chilis) vs. measuring all out.

Simmer for 30 min or throw into crock pot for several hours. Serve plain over rice. Sprinkle with cheese.
