1 cup granulated sugar1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup (1 stick) Blue Bonnet Light Spread, melted2 Egg whites2 cups flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup Hershey Chocolate Chips1/2 cup Hershey Premier White Chips2 tsp Half and Half Cream1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, mix together sugars, flour, and baking soda. Mix in Blue Bonnet, egg whites, vanilla, and half & half. When everything is well mixed (amount of half & half can be varied depending on dryness of dough), mix in chocolate and white chips. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray if not using a non-stick pan. Place dough on cookie sheet in rounded teaspoonfuls. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
