Tuna and Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
1 6oz can of solid white albacore tuna1 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese1 Cup canned chickpeas1 Cup Chopped Broccoli (I generally only use the head...)1/2 Cup copped/sliced cucumber1/2 Cup chopped celery1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans (or Walnuts)1/4 cup chopped/thinly sliced red onionsSalt and Pepper
Directions
In medium size bowl combine all ingredients using salt and pepper to taste. Set in fridge for 1 hour.

Great alone as a salad on a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich filler.

Makes 8 1/2-cup servings.
