Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff1 pound top round steak, trimmed
1 cup onion, chopped
1 Tbsp dried parsley
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp.dried dill
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup all-purpose flour1 cup beef broth (fat-free, low sodium)8 oz. greek yogurt, non-fat
Directions
Cut steak diagonally across the grain into 1/4" thick slices. Place steak and next eight ingredients (through garlic) in a slow cooker; stir well. In a small bowl, combine flour and broth and whisk out lumps. Add broth mixture to slow cooker; stir well. Cook on high 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook 7-8 hours, until steak is tender. Turn slow cooker off; remove lid. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir in greek yogurt. Serve stroganoff over whole wheat egg noodles, brown rice or whole wheat couscous.
