Grilled Tuna Salad

250 grams Tuna Steak (or mackeral fillet), 3 cup Medley Salad Mix, 1 clove Garlic, 1 tsp French Mustard,1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tsp Soy Sauce, 1/4 cup Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp Mirin-rice cooking wine,
Heat grill section of BBQ or use a grill.
Prepare dressing by combining garlic, mustard, oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, mirin, salt and pepper in a s,all bowl, mix well, brush fish fillets with half of the dressing.
BBQ or grill tuna for 4 minutes either side, turning once.
Place tuna on a board, cut into chunks.
in a large bowl toss mixed salad with remaining dressing, arrange on plates, place tuna pieces on top, serve immediately
