Homemade Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
5 cups of mashed pumpkin1 onion, sliced and chopped finely1 cup skim milk1 pkt of chicken noodle cuppa soup/add just enough hot water to soften noodlesNutmegSalt and pepper
Directions
Boil pumpkin and then put in blender.

Cook onion in microwave on high for 1 minute and add to blender with pumpkin.

Add softened chicken noodle soup and 1 cup of skim milk.

Blend until smooth.

Serve hot, with just a dob of light sour cream with a little sprinkle of mixed herbs.
