8 Strawberries3/4 c Blueberries1 Banana1 1/3 c Non Fat Vanilla Yogurt1 tbsp Honey2 tbsp Ground Flax Seed1 c Ice
Directions
Cut up all fruit, and put in blender. Add yogurt, honey, flax and ice, and blend. Enjoy!
