Egg on Bread

Ingredients
1 piece Ezekiel bread1 egg1 egg white1 pat of butter divided into thirdsOlive oil cooking spray
Directions
Using 2/3 of the butter, butter both sides of bread and toast in med high skillet. Remove from skillet and place on plate buttering one side with remaining butter.

Lowering temperature of skillet to med, spray with olive oil cooking spray and add egg and egg white. Fry until white is completely firm. You may choose over easy or firm if desired.

Place egg on butter toast and enjoy!
