Chicken Helper Stuffing and Vegetables

16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped1/2 cup chopped onion1 Tbsp Canola oilbroccoli, frozen 1/2 of 10 oz package1 can corn, no salt added1 can cut green beans, no salt addedPepperridge Farms Cornbread Stuffing Mix, 3 cups1 can of College Inn Chicken Broth light and fat free1/2 cup of water
1. Cook chicken and onions in the canola oil. (Drain any leftover oil.)
2. Add all the vegetables.
3. Add the cream of chicken soup.
4. Add the cornbread stuffing and then the chicken broth and water as needed. Stir and let it simmer.
