Taq's Lemon Grass Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast1-4oz bottle of Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass Herb Blend1/3 Cup Shallots, Chopped2 TBSP Vietnamese Fish Sauce1.5 TBSP Granulated Sugar Substitute2 TSP Olive Oil3 TSP Garlic, Minced2 Serrano Chiles, Seeded and Chopped
Directions
1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients except for chicken. Process until smooth.

2. In a gallon zip lock bag, add sauce mix to chicken. Seal the bag and move pieces around to coat evenly.

3. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours.

4. Preheat grill. Remove chicken from bag and discard extra marinade. Coat the grill with low fat cooking spray then grill the chicken on each side until cooked through and juices run clear.
