Banana Wheat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Whole Wheat flour, 1 2/3 cupWheat Bran, .25 cup Packed Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 3 tsp or 1 tbspMilk, 2%, .50 cup Banana, fresh, 1.50 cup, mashed unsweetened apple sauce, .50 cupegg white, fresh, 2 large (or egg beaters)*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl then add a wet ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
Use well greased muffin pan or papers, fill with 1/4 cup of batter (May bake in bread pan if desired)
makes about 24 muffins
