Ingredients
1/4 cup rolled oats1/2 cup cooked quinoat Tbls GROUND Flax seedpinch of salt3/4 cup water1/4 cup protein powderdried, fresh, or frozen fruit, and or nuts.
Directions
mixed rolled oats, cooked quinoa, flax, salt & water in 2 cup micro safe dish. add your extras. Adjust water as nessecary. Cool a bit then add protein powder.
I reheat the amout needed and cool with a dash of milk or boost.
