Toasted Almond Broccoli

Ingredients
4 tbs. sliced almonds1/2 pound broccoli florets (4 cups)2 tsps. olive oilsalt and pepper
Directions
Saute almonds in olive oil for one minute of until golden. Set aside.

Microwave broccoli in 1 inch of water on high for 4 minutes.

Add olive oil, salt, pepper and almonds. Toss well.
