Best Ever Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 large bananas1/2 cup white sugar1 egg1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 cup flour1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce (the apple sauce replaced the butter or oil)
Directions
Mash bananas. Add sugar & slightly beaten egg. Add applesauce. Add the dry ingredients & bake 375 - 20 mins. I often add 3/4 cup chocolate chips (remember it add 50 calories to each muffin... but it's worth it). This is a recipe I made for years with butter & then decide to reduce the fat by exchanging 1/3 c. butter (melted) for 1/3 c. applesauce.

This is our families' very favourite!!!
