Cajun Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Cajun Chicken Salad1 pound cooked, chicken breast, boneless, skinless, sliced into bite sized pieces4 green onions, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped1 small jalapeño pepper, minced Dressing:1 tsp honey1 tsp dijon mustard1 tsp cider vinegar1 cup plain greek style yogurt, nonfat 3 sprigs fresh thyme, remove leaves from stems1 Tbsp cajun spice seasoning
Directions
In a large bowl gently stir together cooked chicken pieces with peppers and green onion. In a small bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Add dressing mixture to the chicken and vegetables and mix well. Serve as an entrée salad, or stuff into bell peppers.
