low carb whole wheat tortillas, low fat mexican cheese, 2 small potatoes, chorizo, turkey bacon, onion, 2 eggs, 3 egg whites, non fat milk, 1 small piece of steak. salsa
saute chorizo and chopped potatoes, add onion, and steak. cook till potatoes are done. meanwhile whipp the eggs with the nonfat milk. cook the eggs till scrambled. add the bacon and eggs to chorizo mixture. server on the tortillas with salsa and cheese. roll up into a burrito.
