Crockpot veggie soup

Ingredients
1 14.5 oz can canned cut tomatoes w/onion and garlic1 14.5 oz can 99% fat free veg broth2 1/2 c fat free chicken broth5 cups V-8 veg juice- high calcium preferred1 pd frozen carrots1 pd frozen green beans1 pd frozen peas1 pd frozen corn1 pkg seasoning blend of onions/peppers1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp dried basil2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves3 stalks celery
Directions
PUt all ingredients into crockpot and set on high. (I use a 4 1/2 quart Rival Oval Crockpot). Cook as long as desired (until veggies are as soft as you like). You can cook this on low power all day. I like to start it on high to get it up to temp.

Makes 12 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
