Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of celery soup8 oz cream cheese, cubedItalian seasoning, as desired5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breastscooked buttered noodles (butter optional)
Directions
Put the chicken breasts in crock pot, add all ingredients except noodles. Cook on low heat for 4-5 hours.

Serve over buttered noodles
