Vegetarian Blackbean Tacos

Ingredients
1 large red onion chopped1 large green bell pepper chopped1 large red bell pepper chopped1 can of black beans drained1 packet of taco seasoning8 flour tortillas1 cup of shredded cheesesour cream
Directions
Cook peppers and onion over medium to high heat until soft. Add to the pan black beans, taco seasoning, and the amount of water indicated on the packet of seasoning. Cook until liquid reduces. Scoop 1/2 cup of mixture onto a flour tortilla. Top with sour cream and cheese.
