Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Soup

Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced1 medium onion chopped1 stalk celery, chopped1 lb ground turkey 93% lean2 Tbsp Flour3 cups Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free1 Cup Fat Free Evaporated Milk8oz Kraft Velveeta Lite Reduced Fat1 tsp paprikasalt/ pepper to tasteGarnish...KetchupMustardChopped Dill Pickle
Directions
1. Brown ground turkey with chopped celery, chopped onion, garlic and once cooked place in the slow cooker

2. in a small cup combine 1/2 cup of chicken broth and flour, mix until lump-free, pour into slow cooker

3. add remaining chicken broth and evaporated milk, stir thouroughly

4. cut up velveeta into slices and add to slow cooker an stir.

~cook 2-3 hours on low.
