almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, canned pumpkin, sliced almonds, cinnamon, allspice, frozen blueberries, grated zuchinni, dates, coconut oil, and dates
combine almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour,baking soda, cinnamon, and allspice. set aside.
combine canned pumpkin, sliced alomonds, grated zuchinni, and coconut oil(melted), and dates in a food processor. Pulse until dates are chopped fine. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in blueberries. Place in muffin cups and bake for 30 minutes.
