Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 2 cup, dry, Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) *UNJURY™ Protein Powder, Vanilla, 1-27g Scoop or Pkt, 2 serving *Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tbsp*Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin, 1 cup *Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup, 2 serving
