Ground chicken breast, Zucchini and Quinoa loaves

Ingredients
1/2 cup quinoa (cooked according to package) and fluffed1 zucchini, coarsely shredded and squeezed dry2 large egg whites1/2 cup chili sauce1/2 onion, chopped1 T sage, chopped fresh1/2 t salt1/2 t black pepper1 pound ground chicken breast skinless, ground1 T spicy brown mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 and spray foil lined pan
squeeze dried zucchini
Mix dry zucchini, egg whites, 1/4 c chili sauce, onion, sage, salt, pepper. Add chcicken and quinoa and mix well
shape into 4 oval shaped loaves
Mix together remaining 1/4 c of chili sauce and mustard and brush over loaves
bake to 165 internal or apx. 35 minutes
