February Granola

Ingredients
2 c oats1.5 oz dried cranberries (approx1/3c)1.5 oz dried apricot, chopped (approx 1/3c)1/4 c unsweetened coconut flakes1/2 c chopped walnuts1 can (6oz) pineapple juice
Directions
in a large cookie sheet or baking dish with sides layer oats, coconut, nuts, and pineapple juice. Bake at 330 degrees for 20 min, stirring every 10 min. After done cooking stir once again turn off oven leave granola in oven for another 10 min. Take out and let cool about an hour again stirring every 10 min until completely cool store in an air tight container
