Oatmeal-Egg Patty

Ingredients
3/4 cup prepared old fashioned oatmeal1 large egg1/8 teaspoon black pepper1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/4 teaspoon saltcooking spray
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spray small frying pan with cooking spray then form a patty and brown both sides on medium heat. It should be a bit crispy on the outsides and slightly soft in the center.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large 4" patty
