1kg Lean mincegarlic chilli1 x onion 1 tin mushrooms250ml Low fat milk 250g low fat cheese ( white cheese)2 Tablespoons mazia (Corn starch)
Use a bit of olive oil fry onions garlic chilli add lean mince fry until brown, add mushrooms, add some tomatoe paste and spices, simmer until cooked, put one side.
Use 1 cup low fat milk salt and pepper bring milk to boil , use 2 tablespoons of mazina mixed with a bit of milk to make a paste, add into the milk stir until thick.
Now layer the pasta and sauce ending with white sauce, add 1 cup low fat cheese grated bake for 1 hour on 140.
