500g Turkey breast, cut into bit size pieces500g Sauerkraut2 small onions, finely chopped400ml chicken broth1 tbsp oil1 tbsp Paprika1 tsp cumin seeds1 tbsp Tomato paste2 tbsp Sour Creme
Brown the turkey pieces in the oil, add the onions and fry for a few minutes. Then add the chicken broth. Add the Sauerkraut, and flavour with salt, pepper and the Paprika (when you put the paprika in, take the pot off the heat for a moment just to take it off the boil). Add the cumin seeds. With the lid on, cook for about 30 minutes on low heat. Take off the heat, and add the sour cream.
